How this estimate works

The calculator uses relative workload pressure, not official hidden quota numbers. It weighs weekly session count, session length, repo size, and model mix. Anthropic says usage is affected by factors such as model choice, tool use, conversation length, and file context.

What to verify

Check Claude Settings > Usage for plan progress bars when available.
Use Claude Code limit messages to confirm reset timing.
Use /cost when running with API billing.
Use /clear or /compact to reduce long-session pressure.
